As principal of Quattrucci & Company, Phebe Quattrucci works with non-profits and Community Development Financial Institutions of varying sizes to create capitalization plans, develop fundraising strategies, create loan and risk management policies and procedures, write proposals and grant applications, develop budgets and proformas. She has seventeen years of experience working for and with community development financial institutions. Ms. Quattrucci works with management, staff and Boards to develop organizational business plans and long-term capitalization and loan production strategies. She researches, writes, and edits grant proposals to Federal, State, and private funding sources on behalf of non-profit organizations and state agencies. In addition, Ms. Quattrucci develops and formats budgets, budget narratives, and projected financial statements, as well as researches and writes Case Statements for non-profit fundraising campaigns.

Prior to starting her own business, Ms. Quattrucci was a Loan and Investment Officer with Coastal Enterprises, Inc .in Wiscasset, Maine, where she evaluated, underwrote, and closed over 200 commercial loans with a value of $4 million. Before that, Ms. Quattrucci spent four years in the banking industry as a management trainee and a retail banking sales and training officer.
Ms. Quattrucci earned her a BA from Middlebury College. She currently resides in South Freeport, Maine.
