The Marion & Aaron Gural JCC is a non-profit, non-sectarian community agency serving 16,000 individuals and families in the Five Towns community (Hewlett, Woodmere, Cedarhurst, Lawrence, Inwood), Far Rockaway, and the South West Region of Long Island since 1981. Its mission is to provide reliable, responsive, and innovative programs across the lifespan from infants through senior citizens. The organization aims to make available to neighbors the opportunities to support and strengthen family ties, expand social and intellectual horizons, develop peer support networks, learn new skills, and obtain useful information and guidance for dealing with life challenges.

The JCC offers social, recreational, educational, and cultural programs for individuals and families. Programs and services include infant daycare, nursery school, youth and camp programs, services for individuals with special needs, traumatic brain injury programs, and Holocaust survivor and older adult programs. Additionally, comprehensive social work services including information and referral, entitlements assistance, case management, counseling, crisis intervention, home visit, and food pantry services are provided for those in need.
